Dear Temporary Nanny,
Thank you for your interest in working with Nannies by Nature. We are excited to work with you to find temporary nanny assignments to fill your schedule. Below is some information to help get you oriented with our agency. If you have any questions, please call us at anytime. We are here to help!
What we need from you:
- Completed nanny application. This can also be done on our website, if you prefer. The application is comprehensive and will take some time to complete. Please don’t be overwhelmed by it’s length, many of the questions are yes/no. Please include your availability, as best you can.
- Include other items you may have, such as a resume and letters of recommendation.
- Include a copy of your driver’s license, social security card and CPR/First Aid cards. These can be on the same page.
- Include a picture of you. If we are unable to meet with you in person, this helps us put a face with the name. Even if we are able to meet, it helps remind us who you are.
- Mail, email or fax all documentation to the office. If you filled out the online application, please follow up with the rest of your paperwork.
What you can expect from us:
- To be treated with respect at all times. We will not waste your time with jobs that don’t meet your requirements. You will always be presented with jobs first, and if you are interested, then we will have a family contact you. You always have the right to refuse.
- That we will try to fill your schedule as best we can and call you for jobs that will fit your schedule and are convenient for you.
- Ongoing availability. We are available seven days per week, during day and evening hours. If you have a question or a problem, you will be able to reach us right away.
- Quarterly newsletter. You will receive a newsletter on a quarterly basis with helpful information regarding children activities and useful information.
- Referral incentives. If you refer a nanny to us that we place, you will receive a monetary reward as well as a big thank you.
Please remember to keep in touch with us at all times. It is important that you communicate to us any changes in your schedule so we know if you are available and can find a job for you during that time. We are dedicated to finding you as much or as little work as you need.
We are available days, evenings and weekends for your convenience. We understand how hard it is to take time to talk while you are working. This should help keep the communication lines between you and the agency open.
