Dear Permanent Nannies,

Thank you for your interest in working with Nannies by Nature. We are excited to find you a nanny job that meets all of your expectations. Below is some information to help get you oriented with our agency. If you have any questions, please call us at anytime. We are here to help!

What we need from you:

1. Completed nanny application. This can also be done on online or you can download the application and fax or mail it in to us. The application is comprehensive and will take some time to complete. It is to your advantage to be as detailed and thorough as possible to help us make a great match for you. Please don’t be overwhelmed by it’s length, many of the questions are yes/no.
2. Include other items you may have, such as a resume and letters of recommendation.
3. Include a copy of your driver’s license, social security card, green card (if applicable) and CPR/First Aid cards. These can be on the same page.
4. Include a picture of you. If we are unable to meet with you in person, this helps us put a face with the name. Even if we are able to meet, it helps remind us who you are.
5. Mail, email or fax all documentation to the office. If you filled out the online application, please follow up with the rest of your paperwork.

What you can expect from us:

1. To be treated with respect at all times. We will not waste your time with jobs that don’t meet your requirements. You will always be presented with jobs first, and if you are interested, then we will have a family contact you. You always have the right to refuse.
2. Ongoing availability. We are available seven days per week, during day and evening hours. If you have a question or a problem, you will be able to reach us right away.
3. Paid membership to ADCAN. Once placed, we will pay for your membership to a local nanny organization, which is a wonderful networking resource.
4. Quarterly newsletter. You will receive a newsletter on a quarterly basis with helpful information regarding children activities and useful information.
5. Referral incentives. If you refer a nanny to us that we place, you will receive a monetary reward as well as a big thank you.

Please remember to keep in touch with us throughout the interviewing process. It is important for us to know which families you are, or are not, interested in and where you stand in the process. We will also keep you informed of the status on each family you are considering.

We are available days, evenings and weekends for your convenience. We understand how hard it is to take time to talk while you are working. This should help keep the communication lines between you and the agency open, helping you attain a job quickly.
