Nannies by Nature, LLC is owned and operated by Jessica Winans. Ms. Winans was a nanny herself for many years while earning a B. S. in Business Administration at Villanova University. She also worked for several years at two nanny agencies. This experience, along with being a Mother herself, gives Ms. Winans a unique perspective to the nanny placement process that no other agency offers. She understands very well the intricacies of the nanny/family relationship. This relationship is like no other; a fine balance between being a part of the family and being an employee/employer.
Ms. Winans is dedicated to helping families find a nanny they can trust implicitly. Whether the need is for an evening or for a year, she will work with you to find someone you are comfortable leaving your children with. From being on all sides of the process, she understands that hiring a nanny is more than what the nanny appears to be on paper. The hiring family must feel in their gut that the nanny is right for them.
As part of her dedication to helping families, Ms. Winans is available both during the day and during evening hours, seven days per week. Interruptions in childcare do not always happen between 9 am and 5 pm, and most often they do not happen during those times. Our flexible office hours will ensure you receive help immediately.
